Having us bake the cookies also provides consistent appearance and flavor with every cookie. You simply thaw the cookies at room temperature and they are ready to sell. Take out only the cookies you need each day and store the rest in the freezer eliminating spoilage waste. Our thaw & serve cookies range in size from 1 ounce to 5 ounces.

Nothing beats the aroma and taste of fresh baked cookies, right out of the oven. We take all of the work out of fresh baked cookies except the baking. No measuring, mixing or mess from making cookie dough every day. Our cookie dough comes in pre-formed, precisely weighed dough discs, ready to be placed on baking trays and put in the oven. Plus, there is no waiting for the dough to slack out or reach a minimum temperature before baking, it is ready to bake, frozen. The dough is layer packed on parchment paper so it is easy to use only what you need. Our cookie dough ranges in size from .5 ounces to 5 ounces.
